we have established our own tailor made monitoring system to have various checks and balances thus ensuring achivments of planned targets

Various checks and balances are: 

Software technology is being used for monitoring of projects as under : -

• Project Monitoring Software : 
  For preparing, reviewing and updating of bar charts.

• Customized Software :
    For assigning & procuring of stores.

• Work Sheet’s :
  For Billing, reconciliation work

• Internet :
  For Online Communication

• Customized Software :
  For Accounting.

The following devices are being provided at site to control progress.

• Bar chart :
  To be discussed every day and updated every week.

• Plant & Machinery : 
  Various plant & machinery will be provided at site based on size and time of project.
  

• Communication : 
  Day to day achievement, problems, requirements etc. shall be communicated to our main office as well as to client officers through on line communication system.
  

• Training Programme : 
  We conduct training Programme to educate the people down up to grass root level for quality and times constant.

• Use of formats: 
  Various formats are used for technical control of project. Few of the formats are as under : -

  1. Engineers Report.

  2. Daily event report

  3. Goods Inward Note

  4. Extra items analysis report.

  5. Store Procurement requisition.
     

• Precise drawings/details:
  Drawings provided for execution shall be legible and should cover all details required for execution. Discrepancies if any, reported to the client / consultant in proper format.
  

• Site Meetings:
  Daily briefing system by project manager to all the site engineers. Through these meetings we review the present days’s progress and plan for the next day. 

  In addition to these meetings we have meetings with the client/consultant’s at required intervals to apprise regarding problem and difficulties faced at sites.

  Day to day requirement of skilled, semiskilled, unskilled labour, different construction material with required quantities and other sundry requirements are discussed.

We give training to our people for conducting tests and documentation of results in standard formats. 

We also make them aware about the importance of correctness and duration of tests . 

We give equal importance to safety measures during the execution of work by:

• Providing safety belts, helmets, hand gloves, shoes, eye protector and first aid kits etc. at site according to requirement. 

• Giving them training regarding use of these equipments and the importance of safety measures.

• Providing engineers exclusively for implementing safety measures strictly at site.

We are conducting audit at senior level for ensuring timely progress, quality control and safety measures.

Appraisal to client/Consultant regarding over run, if any in time and cost along with various suggestions to monitor the same Co-ordination meetings required with other agencies like electrical, A.C., Fire hydrant so as to avoid any time lost and damage to other structures along with extra cost.

Various suggestions regarding use of right type of material and method so as to cut down cost and time of execution.

We strongly believe after many years of experience that 60 % of projects monitoring depends on proper planning and balance on machinery, material, manpower etc. Hence we give special emphasis on planning in the initial stage only so as to complete the project in time.
